Samantha helped me understand what I was doing wrong for my dog Bexly, a rotten Pitbull. Bexly and I only had a short amount of time with Samantha (One day), and within one full day--- Bexly and I understand each other better. Before meeting with Samantha, Bexly was very timid toward strangers, and other dogs. He would roll over and scream at the sight of another dog. Now, after one day with Samantha and three weeks of time, Bexly attends the dog park every Friday in our new City. I wish I did not have to leave, but I am still considering taking Bexly to Samantha for a Board and Train! If she can help that much in one day, how much we could learn in a boarding environment! Keep up the great work Samantha!

Just some of our "Love" and happy humans!
I met Samantha in the mall one afternoon, I had complimented her dog’s behavior and began talking about service dogs. She informed me that her Doberman, Rhea was in training to be a Therapy dog and simply needed more exposure, and was a stubborn dog who really only liked to do things on her terms. That rang many bells in my head. Our dog Lucas is a massive Great Dane Mess. Lucas is 232lbs (maybe slightly over weight..) and he does things how he wants. He had many interesting quirks. I signed up for private obedience lessons, and I feel like I was getting the lessons, not my dog! I am so greatful for everything Samantha did for our family, we look forward to signing up our second dog soon!

I rescued an abused and extremely fearful German shepherd who was originally supposed to be put down. I had worked with numerous trainers for a couple of years and spent hundreds of dollars trying to help her become a balanced dog. I learned that many trainers out there will promise results easily, but yet do nothing for your dog (and yet they want to keep taking your money while still promising results).
I stumbled across S.A.S. K-9’s website and decided to give Samantha’s Board and Train program a try. Let me tell you, she completely transformed my dog’s behavior. No joke. She took a dog who was completely petrified to be around people, and had her walking calmly in a mall, in restaurants, and constantly around new people. I was amazed and astounded when I received my daily updates. Additionally, Samantha transformed my dog’s mindset to want to be around new people and not to “show herself out” in fear from them.
Most importantly, S.A.S K-9 taught me what I needed to be doing as the pet parent to facilitate and continue with her progress (I call it a complete breakthrough). I will always be grateful and indebted to Ms. Porter for what she did for my baby!
Love Sam and the care she has for all the animals around her.

I met with Samantha in the beginning of May for our first evaluation. I was very skeptical, because I had used another trainer in the past. And spent $1400.00 for her training. I was promised results I did not receive. I was very disheartened by it, I did not even finish the training with them. Samantha knew in our first evaluation what needed to be done. We successfully gained the results I had originally wanted. Thanks to Samantha, the safety of my new baby is no longer a concern.

I just picked one of my dogs up tonight and I can see a huge difference in him! Before I brought him to training he was crazy and listen very little, but now he listens so well. He is a 5 year old German Shepherd and I really thought he was untrainable. I can't wait to see how the other dogs are. I know they will be just as good. I would recommend S.A.S K-9 to everyone. She is reasonably priced and always let's me know how my babies are..

I entered the fb contest for a free training for my Brussels griffon Turk, and we won. During the time he was at training I got several updates and pictures, and 2 training sessions for me so I could learn what he had learned. We dropped off a crazy dog that jumped on my children and knew no commands. He was always crazy when in his crate too. He has been home almost a week now and what a different dog he is! He is polite, and calmer. Doesn't jump as much, knows how to "place" "sit" "sit, down" and "stay" and all over seems to be a happier dog! He also is such a gentleman when crated and during dinner time. I recommend S.A.S K-9 training to anyone! If they can train my crazy boy they can train anyone!!!
